Festivals & Foolishness

We have been hitting the festival circuit these last few weeks. Soon it will be the fair circuit.

His idea. How else do you suggest tv viewing?

The Sharks are More Afraid of You

Indy Zoo. Keith is petting a shark. It is pretty cool. The boys tried. I think William did touch a couple, Nathan couldn't hold still to touch any. He just wanted to play in the water.
Their merry go round has interesting animals on it. Nathan actually ditched the sea horse for an ugly goat.
We are tired and worn out.

Children's Museum 08

Digging for dino bones. Nathan was having goggle issues. He insisted on the largest pair he could find. Another fun filled day at the museum. William only has one more visit where he is young enough to go in the Playscape, which is their favorite part. That will go over well.
In the dinosphere.
Comic book hero section that was new this year.
Playscape.

Watch Out! Brain Eating Microrgranisms at Play!

Before we went to Indy, we made a pit stop at the Clark's, where there was fun to be had. Both boys got their first ride on the waverunner. They both enjoyed it a lot. Grandma got to take them for their first spin.

They spent most of the day in the pond. Last summer I read an article about brain eating microrganisms that get in there through the nose or something and slowly eat your brain. They live in fresh lakes. Awesome!! They kill you. I kept saying to myself "self, this lake is treated, surely these things only live in nasty untreated lakes" So far I haven't noticed any unusual bahavior from either boy. Their brains seem reasonably intact.
Your welcome if I just gave you something else to worry about!!!
