More Goings On

Fall soccer is in full swing. We are still coaching. We have a mix of girls and boys. This team has been the easiest so far to coach. We signed up Nathan. He is doing better than I had expected. He had the crowd roaring last game with his antics as the goalie.
William still runs way out and around to avoid the action. He is aggressive in practice but not games.

The team gets rowdy. BACK PEDAL BACK PEDAL.

My grandma turned 80. We had a party for her. Kendall got carried away with her frosting. William said, "she almost looks like The Joker" He's almost pretty funny.

We surprised her with Pandora. We all seem to be jumping on the bandwagon. Thanks a lot Tera. And William looks just a little bit grown up.

Wild Adventures

We did make our annual trip to Kalahari this year. The boys got brave this year and actually went down all the slides that they were tall enough for.
Two days is really enough though. By day 3 they were pooped out and not that much fun. If it weren't for Grandma Barb arriving and waking them up, I don't know what we would have done!

This is "Keith" William's contrived veggie person he entered in the fair. He used some books we had as inspiration, but he didn't copy, this is his own idea.

Here is Nathan getting ready to go to his first day of preschool. He loves it. It is so nice that they are both going to school now. He goes 3 days/week. He has only pooped his pants once. I hope he learned his lesson.
William started kindergarten the day after Nathan started. I don't have any pics yet because I took them all with my phone. It is going great and he loves it. I teach the high reading group once per week (yes he's in it). I love it. I miss teaching those little guys. He goes 5 whole days. He brings home books each day to read. We are really happy with the program so far!
